Your interpretation of the picture (your perception) defines what the picture is, whether you choose correctly or not.

You share space with other souls in the same environment, but just like the picture, all the souls in the same environment don't automatically perceive and define their environment the same way you do.

The phrase "perception is reality" refers to the idea that how someone perceives or interprets a situation becomes their reality, regardless of whether it is objectively true or not. It suggests that people form their understanding of the world based on their subjective perceptions, beliefs, and experiences, which differ from objective reality. In other words, our perception of something shapes our reality, even if that perception may not align with a situation's actual facts or truth.

What is Spiritual Perception?

Spiritual perception is a powerful and often overlooked ability in the lightworker toolbox, yet it is one of the easiest to use. The universe would have me describe it like this, as found in chapter 14 of Lightworkers for Dummies:

Spiritual perception refers to the ability to understand or perceive the invisible, intangible aspects of reality beyond the physical realm. 

It goes beyond our regular sensory perception and involves connecting with deeper meaning, purpose, and spirituality. 

Spiritual perception involves a heightened intuition, an awareness of energy or higher vibrations, and understanding concepts like consciousness, interconnectedness, and the divine. It can be cultivated through practices such as meditation, mindfulness, contemplation, and engaging with spiritual teachings or traditions.

While that is true, it's just an advanced communication tool that helps you see things from another soul's point of view. Let's return to the image and say you see the man in the corner of a ceiling. As you communicate with another person about the picture, you may get frustrated and need help understanding what they are talking about. 

When you apply spiritual perception, you now invest the effort to see the environment the other soul sees. In this case, it's the man on a block, not in the corner of the ceiling as you see it. Once you see what they know, you understand their point of view perfectly.

And best yet, you can now show them your point of view. In lightworker situations, you are helping the universe transmit a message to the soul that will allow them to use free will and change their path of destiny.

One final thought. Remember I said spiritual perception is one of the easiest abilities to harness? Once you start to invest energy into seeing what the environment sees, it's like opening a door to a universal portal that sends you intuitions and insights to help you accomplish your task. You won't get all of them, but they come in just frequency and intensity, so you'll get enough to complete the task.

Understanding how spiritual perception works is the first step in developing this skill even more. As a result, you'll start to get more critical cases, and the opportunity to help other souls make significant changes in their future.
